How do we satisfy the ever-increasing need to reliably store, share, and access data? How do we keep it secret? How do we keep it safe? How do we adjust to variable demand and expectations?

While new models for storing and communicating information revolutionize what is possible, new technology may require new security and privacy paradigms. Application characteristics and varying user requirements result in a variable demand for computing resources that must be managed efficiently.
