Modernizing Talent Management in Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. (MTM VMD)

This free job fair March 19th at Virginia Tech focuses on skills-based hiring, neurodivergent talent, and routes into cybersecurity (employer registration link).

Part of a federally funded project, the event is on March 19 2025. It is a reverse job fair designed to help you connect with talent that you may not otherwise be able to. 

All employers, all sizes, sectors and US regions are welcome to connect with great VA talent. Our team are ready to help you where needed to create or refine skills-based job descriptions and profiles.

Cybersecurity roles are needed across business functions! Entry points into these careers that employers are looking for at this job fair include (remember these are INTERN or ENTRY level):
