Mr. Boswell joined CCI SWVA as the program manager in November 2025. He previously engaged with CCI as a funded researcher overseeing the Use & Abuse of Personal Information and SmallSat Testbed for Cybersecurity projects while employed as a Project Manager at the Virginia Tech National Security Institute. In his free time, Madison enjoys personal finance and tabletop games at Eastern Divide Brewing Company.
